As long as there is access to your garden, the gardener can carry out the work requested. Please include all details in the “Additional Notes” box when booking.
If you prefer to meet the gardener in person and let them know your preferences for the job in hand, our gardeners will always knock to let you know they have arrived. In rare instances where the gardener is running late or has to reschedule, we will inform you as soon as possible and if necessary re-arrange the appointment to a time that suits you. As your payment is held securely, we will ensure you’re always kept up-to-date and know exactly when your visit is scheduled.
